In connection with the purchase of shares in Danske Hoteller A/S offers a number of benefits to our shareholders.

As a shareholder, you can buy cheap accommodation and get a discount on dining in the hotels' restaurants.

Overnight stays must be booked directly at the hotel you wish to use (overnight stays cannot be booked via hotel portals). The advantage card gives access to eating à la carte in our hotels' restaurants at any time with a discount on the total bill - incl. drinks (does not apply to parties and parties). Discount (%) only applies to list prices - not periodic offers and not on stays bought from external partners and dealsites.

Shareholder benefits (shareholder coupon and benefit card) can not combined with Danske Hotellers benefit program. So you earn not bonus on the purchase of accommodation with a shareholder coupon and the purchase of food and drink with a benefit card.

For shareholders with fewer than 10 shares, you get access to extraordinary shareholder offers.

For shareholders with 10-49 shares:

Benefit card with 5% on bill in the restaurant (max. 4 people)

For shareholders with 50-99 shares:

1 coupon + benefit card with 5% on the bill in the restaurant (max. 4 people)

For shareholders with 100-199 shares:

2 coupons + benefit card with 5% on the bill in the restaurant (max. 4 people)

For shareholders with 200-399 shares:

3 coupons + benefit card with 5% on the bill in the restaurant (max. 4 people)

For shareholders with 400-509 shares:

4 coupons + discount card with 10% on the bill in the restaurant (max. 6 people) - wrong number "4 people" on pre-printed card, but 6 people apply

For shareholders with 510-999 shares:

6 coupons + benefit card with 15% on the bill in the restaurant (max. 6 people)
- wrong number "4 people" on pre-printed card, but 6 people apply

For shareholders with 1000+ shares:

10 coupons + discount card with 20% on the bill in the restaurant (max. 8 people) - wrong number "4 people" on pre-printed card, but 8 people apply

In addition, there are ongoing special offers only for shareholders, including special prices on selected hotel stays and events.

1 coupon = 1 night in a standard room incl. breakfast

At 1 person per room DKK 300 per Sleepover
For 2 people in a standard double room DKK 300 per Sleepover

It is not possible to earn bonus kroner on overnight stays with payment of a shareholder coupon. And the coupon cannot be used as partial payment for other types of stay.

Please note that during periods there may be days with "few vacancies / everything sold out" of standard rooms, whereby you will be offered an upgrade to another room type against payment of an upgrade supplement.

The benefits can only be used if the allocated coupons / benefit cards are brought during the overnight stay / visit to the selected hotel. The coupon card must be handed in at the hotel. The benefit card must only be presented when paying at the hotel.

The shareholder benefits are valid for one year at a time. Unused coupons / benefit cards cannot be transferred to a subsequent calendar year.

The shareholder benefits are approved each year by the company's board of directors and issued in December to those who are shareholders at the beginning of December in the year of issue.
